Kelli Ruggere has been a professional commercial photographer since 1992, working for a variety of catalog and business clients.

In 2004, Kelli became a principal photographer for the dog specialty catalog
In the Company of Dogs, where she discovered her deep affinity for dogs and dog photography.

What became her passion has now become her business, “Tail Chaser Photography.” With business partner (and Photoshop master) Stephen Bednarek, Kelli is in high demand doing canine portraits at dog shows and with private clients, for whom she shoots dogs in their home environment.

Kelli is a Massachusetts native—born and raised in Weymouth, currently residing in Spencer. She lives with her husband John—who’s active in the sport of Schutzhund, as well as training dogs for search and rescue—and at any given time, at least three dogs. Ysi, a Belgian Malinois, was her first dog, and still her soulmate and favorite girl.
